Archives Establishment
Archives Establishment responds to the way labels such as personality types and horoscopes can flatten a person into a familiar category. The book opens into a miniature exhibition whose stories and reflections resist a single reading.

Format
Handmade concertina and pop-up book, 210 × 162 mm
Media
Coloured pencil, paper engineering, mirror paper
Focus
Identity, stereotypes, and self-perception
01
A book that becomes a room
The concertina structure lets a private reading object expand into a small spatial environment. Illustrated stories behave like works in an exhibition, while the reader controls the sequence and point of view.

02
The reader in the archive
Mirror paper interrupts the fixed categories with a changing image: the person looking. The archive can organise stories, but it cannot fully define the individual moving through them.
